Dato’ Fam commenced  his legal practice in 1991 and founded Messrs Fam & Co in 1992.

​Dato’ Fam has led a colourful legal career in litigation, property , corporate commercial and regulatory works, notably in transport and logistic sectors.

​His outstanding professional works witness his invitation to join  the Board of Air Asia Berhad and Air Asia X Berhad since 2004. He is now leading the corporate legal team of Air Asia Berhad in China, in particular.

Messrs Fam & Co merged with the Firm on March, 2018.

Dato’ Fam heads the Aviation Laws Division of the Firm and provides regulatory and corporate advisory services.
